We do not collect any device information such as device ID, operating system version, device model, or mobile network information.

How We Use Information

Since we don't collect any information, we don't use any information. Your task data remains on your device and is used solely by the App to provide its core functionality:

• Display your active tasks
• Track task completion and expiration
• Generate completion statistics
• Maintain your task archive
• Send local notifications (if you grant permission)

Data Storage and Security

Local Storage

All data is stored locally on your device using industry-standard SQLite database technology. This data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including:

• Device encryption (if enabled on your device)
• Device passcode/biometric authentication
• App sandboxing (data isolation from other apps)

No Cloud Storage

We do not use any cloud services to store your data. There are no remote servers, no cloud backups, and no data synchronization. Your data exists only on your physical device.

Device Backups

If you use iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google Drive Backup (Android), your task data may be included in your device backup. This is controlled by your device's operating system, not by Simplicity. We recommend reviewing your device's backup settings if you have privacy concerns.

We do not share any data with third parties because we don't collect any data.

No Third-Party Services

Simplicity does not integrate with or use any third-party services, including:

• No analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel)

No Data Sales

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties. This has always been our policy and always will be.

App Permissions

Notifications (Optional)

If you grant notification permissions, the App can send you local notifications when tasks are about to expire. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any external servers or services.

Storage Access

The App requires access to your device's local storage to save your task data. This storage is private to the App and cannot be accessed by other applications.

You can revoke any permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking permissions may limit certain features of the App.

Your Rights and Control

Data Access

All your data is accessible directly within the App. You can view, edit, and delete your tasks at any time.

Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

• Delete individual tasks by swiping or using the delete function
• Clear your entire archive from the Archive screen
• Uninstall the App to permanently delete all local data

Once deleted from your device, the data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered (unless backed up through your device's backup system).

Data Portability

Since all your data is stored locally, you maintain full control and ownership. Future versions of Simplicity may include export functionality to allow you to transfer your data to other applications or formats.

Children's Privacy

Simplicity does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since we don't collect any personal information from anyone, the App is safe for users of all ages. However, we recommend parental supervision for children using any mobile application.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy
• Posting a notice within the App
